Parish Council meetings are scheduled every three months ( February / May / August / November) usually on the last Monday of the month - although this may be liable to change. 

The meetings usually take place at 6.30 pm - the next PC meeting will be held at Child Okeford Village Hall. 

Please be aware that the dates, times and locations of the meetings may change - Please check the dates and the agendas below / or on each village noticeboard. 

All minutes are in draft format until approved at the next council meeting.
